As a Technical Consultant, you will leverage your expertise and creativity to design and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable data center infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power and cooling systems, and physical security measures. You will also be responsible for designing and deploying solutions based on VMware VCF, Nutanix NCI/NCM, Azure Stack HCI, Red Hat OpenShift, and storage systems such as NetApp. As a key member of the team, you will demonstrate technical leadership by fostering an inclusive environment where all members feel respected and valued, acting as a supportive and empowering leader to guide individuals toward both personal and professional growth and success. In solution planning, you will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and insights, identify technical challenges, and develop cloud solution architectures and strategies that resonate with a broad customer base. In implementation and deployment, you will lead the rollout of data center and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring that the process is inclusive and responsive to the needs of all team members. For migration services, you will assess existing customer infrastructure, prepare migration designs and schedules, execute migration services, and transfer knowledge to teams handling large-scale migrations. In performance optimization, you will validate and enhance the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of deployed data center and hybrid cloud solutions. From a security and compliance perspective, you will advocate strong measures to safeguard user privacy and data, ensuring that solutions adhere to international regulations and standards. You will also contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity by helping to establish effective plans that emphasize participation and accessibility for all team members. In technical documentation, you will create and maintain comprehensive materials—including architectural diagrams, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures—using clear and accessible language. Through collaboration, you will promote a cooperative and inclusive workplace environment, ensuring that diverse perspectives and expertise are respected and reflected in the integration of infrastructure services. In terms of research and innovation, you will continuously monitor the latest data center and hybrid cloud technologies and industry trends, proactively seeking opportunities to improve existing processes and technologies to better serve a diverse customer base. Ultimately, you will develop implementation architectures and scalable cloud solutions by understanding customers’ overall cloud portfolios, IT and business priorities, and success metrics, while applying your expertise in Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, VMware, security, management, storage, networking, OSS, containers, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies. -We welcome candidates who meet several of the following qualifications– ・Over 7 years of experience in assessment, design, deployment, and support of public and hybrid cloud environments ・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Communications Engineering ・Extensive experience with SI services (discovery, assessment, planning, design, setup, configuration, migration) utilizing data center products and solutions such as VMware, VCF, Nutanix, Azure Stack HCI, backup, storage, SDDC, containers, Red Hat KVM, and OpenShift ・Hands-on experience in SI services (discovery, assessment, design, build, migration) for public clouds such as Azure and AWS ・Knowledge of cloud solutions including IaaS, PaaS, Landing Zone, networking, Well-Architected Framework, Zero Trust model, IaC, Azure AD, and data center integration services ・Proven success in consulting, complex technical discussions, architecture, design, implementation, and support ・Experience building relationships with IT executives and managing stakeholders to achieve project or solution alignment ・Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes ・Understanding of hybrid cloud scenarios and connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments ・Advanced troubleshooting and support expertise related to Azure infrastructure services ・Business-level English communication skills |
