As a key responsibility, you will lead strategic proposals as a technical leader in presales activities with enterprise customers, working closely with sales and solution teams to understand customer challenges and technical environments. In this process, you will conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and validation, and design scalable solutions that integrate multiple ServiceNow products. You will clearly communicate technical value and demonstrate its link to business outcomes, presenting architecture and integration strategies to a wide range of audiences from C-level executives to technical teams. In addition, you will provide platform best practices and design guidelines, while supporting proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and SoW creation from a technical perspective. Through PoCs and technical validations, you will demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions, while keeping up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and emerging technologies such as AI, and feeding customer insights back to the product development team. Furthermore, you will build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations, support smooth handovers to implementation teams after deal closure, and provide technical guidance and support to team members. -We welcome candidates who meet several of the following qualifications– ・Degree in IT-related field or equivalent practical experience ・Over 5 years of pre-sales or architect experience in the enterprise software industry ・In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow with experience utilizing multiple modules ・roven track record of designing complex solutions for large enterprises ・Strong understanding of integration technologies and enterprise architecture ・Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences ・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English ・Ability to build trust with technical leaders and executive stakeholders ・Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating SoWs ・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills ・Flexibility to manage multiple tasks independently ・Willingness to travel as required |
