• Manage permitting and ensure project compliance and timely completion • Lead EPC procurement, negotiation, and contractor selection • Oversee EPC contractor scope for mega solar and BESS projects • Monitor construction progress, engineering deliverables, and commissioning • Approve payments, schedule changes, and manage contractual obligations • Identify and resolve project risks and issues; lead improvement plans • Align with financial and legal teams throughout the project lifecycle • Monitor plant performance and report operational incidents • Communicate project goals and updates to cross－functional teams • Maintain project documentation per company procedures |

【必須（MUST）】 Engineering background （Technical） Project Management experience PV Solar or Batter Storage projects experience is preferred Fluent Japanese, Business English |
