• Support project financing, non－recourse debt, and M＆A transactions for PV Solar and utility－scale BESS projects • Build financial models to evaluate PV Solar and BESS investment opportunities, including debt sizing, profitability forecasts, and sensitivity analysis • Contribute to legal and tax structuring for transactions involving domestic and overseas investors • Prepare investment committee materials with development team • Contribute to Power Purchase Agreement structuring and negotiation • Conduct industry research and track energy sector trends • Manage relationships with banks, institutional, and strategic investors • Monitor financial performance of assets and support portfolio optimization and strategic planning |
