仕事内容 You will be responsible for delivering large IT infrastructure projects from start to finish, while leading technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offerings. As the final accountable party, you will edit and sign off on project deliverables, prepare detailed project plans, WBS, timesheets, Gantt charts, and other necessary documentation, and present deliverables to client executive management. In this role, you will also serve as a technology thought leader and evangelist, maintaining a broad knowledge and understanding of the IT infrastructure marketplace, including current and anticipated trends, technologies, and standards.

To ensure flawless execution of large solution projects, you will coordinate internal resources and stakeholders, third parties, and vendors, while engaging directly with customers. You will be expected to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by developing project scopes and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Effective resource availability and allocation are critical, as is the development of detailed project plans to track progress. You will apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques. Progress will be reported and escalated to management as required.

Managing strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders, including internal teams and partners, will be essential. You will also build personal relationships with Sales SMEs and C-Level customers to ensure early engagement in identifying problems and determining solutions. At the same time, you will need to set and manage customer expectations appropriately, perform risk management to minimize project risks, and establish and maintain weekly project tracking meetings with subcontracted vendors across regions.

In addition, you will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and actively promote upselling of additional solutions and services. Ultimately, your contributions will support the overall Services growth target in the assigned geography.

・Great educational background and experience, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
・Proven working experience in project management and solution consulting, in the information technology sector
・Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in IT infrastructure projects
・Results oriented individual with high degree of autonomy and pro-active mentality
・Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills
・Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
・Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
・PMP is desirable but not mandatory
・Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
・Proven experience in technical consulting roles
・Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
・Proven team player and team builder

#Standard Working Hours#

* 9:00–17:45 (Prescribed working hours: 7 hours 45 minutes)
* Break time: 60 minutes
* Overtime: Required when necessary
