Responsibilities Lead the company’s technical strategy for solar and energy storage projects. Oversee engineering design, technical due diligence, and project execution. Manage internal technical teams and external consultants/contractors. Support project development with site assessments, grid studies, and permitting input. Ensure high－quality construction, commissioning, and operational performance. Implement performance monitoring, asset optimization, and risk mitigation systems. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with development, finance, and executive teams to align technical goals with business strategy. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.10＋ years in the renewable energy industry, with leadership experience in technical or engineering roles. Strong understanding of solar and/or battery storage technologies. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Experience working with contractors, regulators, and investors. Experience in international markets. Knowledge of project finance or investment in energy projects. |
