仕事内容 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with intermediaries (asset managers, gatekeepers, trust banks and retail distributors).
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with the investment and product teams to tailor solutions for Japan-based clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Work with senior sales managers for top tier clients to achieve the team sales targets.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive positioning.
• Provide feedback to internal teams (product, marketing, compliance) to refine offerings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

• 5-10 years of, or longer, experience in sales, business development, or client coverage within the asset management industry, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Japan’s financial markets, investor behavior, and regulatory environment.
• Sound knowledge in economics, capital markets, and investment
• Fluent in Japanese (native/business level) and strong English proficiency

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated with a very strong commercial mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) • Intellectual curiosity and strong Innate intelligence
• Ability to navigate and operate effectively in culturally diverse environments
