| 仕事内容 |
• Ensures products manufactured in Yaita are high Quality and meet all Customer & Solstice requirements while supporting all applicable laws and regulations. • Manages, improves, and expands the Quality Management Systems internally & externally with key suppliers/tollers per an established plan and schedule. Includes adherence to Customer Specific Requirements, where applicable. • Improves Operational Excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, and Digital tools. Responsible for driving improvements in Yaita and supports tool execution at other assigned Solstice sites. • Leads, mentors technicians and other personnel assigned to the Quality & OPEX Organization. • Develops and executes measurement systems in alignment with industry expectations. • Works closely with the Electronics & Specialty Materials Quality Organization, Site Operations, Site Engineering, and all associated support teams. • Ensures follow up for the manager’s and direct reports standard work and the use of quality tools and systems “Plan, Do, Check, Act” to meet established Goals and Objectives. • Monitors, complies, reports, communicates, and escalates requirements for the internal audit program and works close with key internal, Customer and Supplier stakeholders. Communicate and escalate key issues that are out of standard in a timely manner. These activities apply to Yaita and potentially other Solstice sites. • Takes ownership for SCARs, Customer corrective actions via the 8D tool, and close open customer cases as per agreed time schedules. Assists other departments in managing First Pass Quality and internal process rejections. • Leads activities with department managers to eliminate internal and external quality defects. • Improves quality management and data collection systems. • Ensures the use of quality tools such as SPC, SQC and proactive tools to maintain process control. • Manages continuous improvement via Kaizen Events, Six Sigma Projects, Quality Improvement Teams, and Initiatives, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions. • Be an organizational leader championing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management. • Actively involved in Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan (STRAP), Monthly Operating Review (MOR), Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) • Reviewing (MRR) activities for the Quality function. • Supports other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or a similar technical field• 6 years of Quality Management Experience with Customer Interface, Supplier Interface and Internal/External Auditors in a manufacturing environment. • Experience sustaining and improving ISO9001:2015 systems. • Excellent Japanese and English verbal and written communication skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert certification.• Demonstrated leadership skills as a team player, driving value-added results and establishing credibility with Customers, Suppliers and Solstice personnel. • Experience in an International/Global company preferred. |
