〈コンサルタントの声〉 ■社会貢献度の高いビジネス 人々や動物への健康に貢献、また環境への取り組みなど社会的な意義を多く持つ製品を扱うため、間接的ではあるものの、社会貢献度の高い事業にやりがいを感じながら働けます。 ■変革期・新しい成長を支えるタイミング 元々国内で活躍していた外資系企業の一部門がスピンオフし、単独の法人となる後の経理財務を支えていくポジションです。スタンドアローンで広い責任範囲を持ちつつ、スタートアップ的な新しい変化を支えていく珍しい経験が積めます。 ■安心感のある引継ぎ 現職者は転職ではなく定年による退職となるため、引継ぎ対応にも比較的安心感をもってご入社頂けます。 ■在宅・フレックスの活用 コアタイム無のフレックス制度、また週2日程度の在宅勤務も使用頂けます。ハイブリット型の勤務を通じて、ワークライフバランスの充実も図れます。 〈仕事内容詳細〉 － Support commercial strategy execution; drive sales ＆ margin forecasts, realization, and inform performance reviews － Release orders post–credit assessment; manage inventory and working capital － Oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgets ＆ forecasts; explain variances to management － Manage product costing （materials, cycle design, consumption analysis） ＆ functional cost reporting － Lead month－end closing ＆ reporting: variance analysis, SAP postings, allocations, consolidation, sales reconciliation － Prepare KPI reports on sales, margins, price variances, stock revaluation, efficiencies, OPEX, working capital ＆ CAPEX projects － Optimize product－costing via automation, robotics ＆ FSS transition － Support budgeting ＆ forecasting for sales, operations, manufacturing ＆ M＆S costs － Ensure SAP inventory aligns with physical counts ＆ provisioning － Ensure timely, accurate ＆ complete month－end closing and financial reporting － Act as local finance liaison; oversee budgeting ＆ forecasting cycles, allocations ＆ SAP uploads － Resolve GL ＆ subledger reconciliations; validate legal－entity financials with FSS/PSS/RFC － Coordinate asset registration queries; coach finance staff ＆ support transfer－pricing － Safeguard legal compliance in customer and supplier contracts － Establish ＆ maintain finance internal controls per COA standards － Serve as local finance liaison and, when needed, as HR/IT/Legal contact － Liaise with external auditors, company secretary ＆ local authorities － Ensure timely, accurate statutory ＆ tax filings － Support DAR reconciliation, including IAS 12 compliance － Coordinate with DSM Group Tax on tax－filing ＆ audit activitie |
