【General Summary】
The Sales Leader will be responsible for leading VAT’s Sales and Marketing activities for a key customer account, focusing on business growth and achieving annual sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with VAT’s broader strategic goals.

【Key Responsibilities】
As Sales Leader, your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
・Achieve annual sales budgets and business growth objectives.
・Create and maintain a motivated and collaborative team environment.
・Ensure the team is equipped with appropriate personnel, skills, and training to support internal and external customer needs effectively.
・Provide regular reporting to supervisors and ensure timely communication across the team and stakeholders.
・Implement and support company-wide sales strategies.
・Represent the Sales & Marketing function in cross-functional meetings and strategic initiatives.
・Promote effective communication and information sharing within the team and across departments.
・Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
・Drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes and standard work.
・Ensure all team activities are aligned with the goals of the Sales & Marketing function, business units, and the broader organization.

労働条件 ・Location: Ota-ku, Tokyo, Japan
・Employment Type: Permanent
・Work Style: Hybrid (office and remote)
・Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
・Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
・Overtime Work: Yes (average 20 hours per month)
 ・Additional pay is provided for overtime exceeding 15 hours per month
・Relocation Support: Assistance available for candidates who need to relocate

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

・Has minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in foreign-affiliated companies
・Proven track record of managing Japanese clients as a sales professional.
・Able to travel overnight every week and overseas occasionally.
・Native-level proficiency in Japanese; business-level English communication skills.
・Team leadership background

【歓迎(WANT)】

・Extensive experience in the semiconductor, FPD, vacuum, or electronic industries.
・Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
・Demonstrated success in team leadership and capability development.
・Experience promoting technical subsystems or capital equipment.
・Ability to integrate technical knowledge with marketing and business strategies.

・Excellent interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills.
・Strong ability to work collaboratively in team-based environments.
・Strong multitasking and time management skills.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
・Ability to remain objective, calm, and effective under pressure.
