We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in Japan. You'll be the main contact person for marketing in the country, working with our local sales teams, and our marketing teams around the world. Your main job will be to plan and run marketing strategies that help us grow our business in Japan. Responsibilities: － Lead marketing plans in Japan to find new ways to grow our business. － Adapt global marketing ideas to create local plans for Japanese customers. － Ensure the company's brand and message are consistent in all marketing. － Manage marketing campaigns, such as ads and promotions, to attract new customers. － Help organize and support local events and conferences. － Manage the translation of marketing materials for customers in Japan. － Track and report on marketing results, budgets, and competitor information. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Degree in a related field and marketing experience in the life science or medical device industry.－ Understandiing of the life science or medical device market in Japan. － Experience creating and managing marketing plans and have used marketing automation tools. － Comfortable working with different teams, partners, and distributors. － Excellent communication skills in both Japanese ＆ English and are comfortable traveling frequently within Japan. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Sales experience in life science or a similar market.－ Experience using sales and marketing tools. |
