－ Lead the execution of finance transformation initiatives within Japan, aligning with broader organizational goals and delivering updates to senior leadership on progress and impact. － Partner cross－functionally with local and international teams to identify and implement opportunities for improving financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness. － Oversee the adoption and continuous improvement of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management practices. － Ensure consistent application of financial processes and controls, maintaining compliance with internal policies as well as legal and regulatory standards. － Manage and develop the finance team through coaching, mentoring, and training, fostering a high－performance culture and supporting individual growth. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 10＋ years of progressive experience in finance, including several years in a leadership or management role.－ Demonstrated success driving financial transformation, including process optimization, system implementation, and change management. － Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices, particularly within Japan and the broader region. － Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Proficient in financial systems and tools, including ERP platforms and Microsoft Office applications, with strong project coordination capabilities. |
