Responsibilities: ・Lead consulting projects focused on SAP SCM, while guiding clients on their journey toward S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition. ・Be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them reimagine their supply chain with best-in-class SAP solutions. ・Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their growth and building a strong, capable team. ・Support business development activities such as identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and nurturing client relationships to ensure a healthy project pipeline. ・Attend SAP-related events, seminars, and networking opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and strengthen connections within the SAP community. ・Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from around the world on high-impact global projects. ・Play a key role in building our growing practice and shaping our reputation as a market leader in Japan. ・Attend events and seminars to continuously grow your expertise and strengthen your professional network.
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 ■ビジネスレベルの英語力を有する日本語ネイティブスピーカーで、グローバルプロジェクトに参加できる方。 ■SAP SCMコンサルティング経験5～8年以上あること(SD、MM、PP、WM、EWM、IBPなど関連モジュールを含む)。 ■プロジェクト管理とリーダーシップスキルに優れ、チームを指導・育成した実績がある方。 ■クライアント対応のコンサルティング経験があり、信頼関係を築く能力を有する方。 ■SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Editionの学習意欲と野心 — 過去の経験があることは望ましいですが、当社が経験がない領域の学習を支援します。 ■急速に成長する企業の一員となり、キャリアアップの機会を創出する環境への情熱。 ■ビジネス開発とプロフェッショナルネットワークへの関心を持つ積極的なマインドセット。・Native Japanese speaker with business-level English in order to engage on global projects. ・5–8+ years of SAP SCM consulting experience (modules such as SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, IBP, or related). ・Strong project management and leadership skills, with proven experience guiding and mentoring teams. ・Client-facing consulting experience with the ability to build trusted relationships. ・Curiosity and ambition to learn SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition — prior exposure is a plus, but we’ll help you grow. ・Excitement to be part of a company that is growing fast and creating opportunities for career advancement. ・A proactive mindset with an interest in business development and professional networking.
