A global leader in medical device manufacturer is seeking a Supply Planner to optimize inventory investment, streamline supply processes, and enhance the customer experience. This role will see you manage inventory performance, implement effective planning strategies, and collaborate with cross－functional teams to achieve business goals in a fast－paced, multinational environment. Key Responsibilities: － Manage inventory levels and align stocking strategies with KPIs and financial targets. － Partner with Demand Planners to set optimal cycle and safety stock levels, preventing excess inventory and backorders. － Develop and implement PSI （Purchase, Sales, and Inventory） plans, providing actionable insights and recommendations. － Place and manage purchase orders and master data, ensuring high data quality for reliable planning and decision－making. － Monitor inventory performance against business targets, take corrective actions, and continuously improve supply processes. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: － 3＋ years in a related role within a multinational company. － Solid knowledge of inventory management best practices. Technical Skills: － Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience a plus. － Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and planning tools. Soft Skills: － Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical skills. － Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. － High attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload. Language Requirements － Japanese: Fluent （spoken, written, and reading）. － English: Intermediate to Business level. Preferred Skills ＆ Qualifications － Database knowledge （SQL, Tableau, etc.）. － Experience with modern data visualization tools.
