Manage subcontractor's production quality 1.Development Project （A ＆ CM）: －Work with other OSAT functions and/or customer in sourcing, developing, qualifying new subcon/sub－supplier and maintain their performance during subcon/sub supplier's lifetime. －Early and extensively involve in development activities, identify and access risk and its counter measures support implementation of actions to reduce/prevent risks at later project stages, review and release milestone documents, assessing production readiness and ensure it through audits. Supports and moderates’ development problem solving such as FMEA, 8D －Manage conflicts during project execution 2.Internal Deviation －Wafer abnormal, raise ICO －Line disturbance: Lead the 8D problem solving, implement corrective and preventive actions, conduct verification audit. －MRB lots disposition based on risk assessment －QMR, meet customers on 8D resolution. －Support escalation and reporting if needed －To be appointed to handle deviations that affects multiple subcon seven across regions 3.External Complaint （FAR） －Customer complaint: Lead the 8D root cause finding and corrective/preventive actions; Review ＆ buy off subcon 8D reports; Perform 8D action verification audit; Dispose arrangement with subcon if risk assessment or QMR is involved; Support escalation and reporting if needed －FARs with high level of complexity in terms of technical challenge and/or escalated attention that requires advanced problem－solving skills/communication skills. 4.Crisis Management －Leads Focus team and/or support Task Force Team when there is a quality excursion 5.Customer Audit and/or Visit －Coordinate and/or customer audits; lead audit related activities, follow up on closure, support best practice sharing on findings with other subcons; －Lead yearly VDA 6.3 Audit. －Support development projects and safe launch / ramp up audit －Audit/visit triggered by crisis 6.Reporting －Manage subcon's daily operation in quality aspects, monitor and track quality performance, reporting to OSAT, division and customer where applicable 7.Communications －Establish good relationship with various level of subcon/sub supplier people to smoothen cooperation and achieve win－win business success. －Provide good support to customer including complaints, regular reporting, audits and visits. －Understand internal and external customer well about their requirement/expectation, behavior and individual contacts, manage them, not being managed. －Manage escalation, foster collaborative and solution－oriented culture/atmosphere 8.Continuous Improvement －Identify subcon's best practice as reoccurrence prevention, share with OSAT and BE, tailor best practices from others for responsible subcons to deploy －Continuously driving for improvement toward ambitious targets at subcon through training, coaching, brainstorming, regular review and challenging the status quo. Ensure subcon's management is focused and committed to the improvement activities －Improvement in data management |
