＜コンサルタントの声＞ ◼︎安定した事業基盤 国内で70年以上の歴史を持ち、高品質な製品により日本市場で高い評価を得ている企業です。 ◼︎ワークライフバランスが充実 フルフレックスや週3日の在宅勤務制度など働き方に自由度があり、ワークライフバランスを重視する方にぴったりの環境が整っています。 ◼︎歴史のある企業 100年以上の歴史を持つ企業で、長期的な視点で力強い意思決定を行ってきた実績があります。安定性抜群で、安心して長く働ける環境です。 ◼︎キャリアアップの機会も 本ポジションでは将来的に幅広い業務に携わり、SCMチーム内で昇進できるチャンスが用意されています。また、サプライプランニング責任者やSCMディレクターと密に協力しながら、新しいスキルを習得できる機会もあります。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ －Define production, import/export, and finished goods requirements for the S＆OP and S＆OE horizons for the NGY cluster. －Responsible for inventory planning and alignment to service levels. －Share responsibility with the SC Director for delivering inventory targets. －Coordinate the launch of new product introductions, ensuring supply readiness aligns with sales commitments and production schedules. －Oversee OE supply planning across Japan, working closely with OE teams at both country and regional levels during the PCP process. －Collaborate with cluster and cross－geography stakeholders, as well as regional S＆OP and ＃ vs CC teams, to support cluster and PBY goals （e.g., capacity utilization, EBIT, cash flow, and customer service objectives）. －Support the Head of Supply Planning in improving associate engagement and enablement scores. －Contribute to reducing attrition rates and enhancing organizational health through trust and collaboration. －Assist in developing team capability and process maturity. －Work closely with the regional capability－building team to implement best practices and enhance system and process capabilities. －Lead implementation of assigned transformational projects across all verticals in collaboration with regional/global teams. －Drive execution of digital programs. －Partner with regional COE teams on various strategic initiatives and programs. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －10＋ years of supply planning experience in areas as: Demand management, Product sourcing, Business analysis, Manufacturing production supply－University degree －Business－level Japanese －Business－level English －Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and/or Customer Service experience －Broad－based international experience preferred －Experience working in a factory setting －Hands－on product supply planning experience in a multi－plant manufacturing environment －Strong knowledge of ground－level products and manufacturing environments －Excellent working knowledge of S＆OP Class A processes －Strong stakeholder management skills －Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint －Understanding of IT infrastructure issues related to region－wide supply planning |
