| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －10＋ years experience in a management or senior leadership role in operations （or equivalent experience）－Bachelor’s degree －MBA is a strong additional qualification. －Proven track record in managing quantitative and qualitative objectives and achieving targets. －Experience working in multi－cultural environments or international roles – preferred. －Background in the heavy industry or automotive sector is a plus. －Lead diverse teams, delegate effectively, and motivate toward goals. －Strong verbal and written communication across all levels of stakeholders. －Analytical thinking with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly. －Guide teams and organizations through transformation and change initiatives. －In－depth knowledge of operations management, supply chain, logistics, and quality control. －Develop long－term strategies that align with business objectives. －Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance analysis. －Familiar with ERP systems, automation, data analytics, and relevant operational technologies. －Plan, execute, and oversee complex projects effectively. －Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. －Drives measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. －Performs under pressure and adapts to setbacks. －Upholds ethical standards and transparency. －Embraces change and flexible working environments. －Takes ownership of decisions and results. －Strong team player with cross－functional cooperation. －Ensures operational excellence to meet customer expectations. |
