◆ RESPONISIBILITIES Controllers team is responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) and financial reporting of Kabushiki Kaisha and Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha. Our business covers data center construction and operation phases. • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closing: Work with outsource vendor using OBIC7 and excel spreadsheet • Manage MCDR and TMKs from an accounting perspective • AP (check/verify invoices, payment instructions) and AR (invoice issuance) – this accounts for approx. 50-60% of recurring tasks. This process includes deciding GL code, so knowledge on accounting is required. •Financial Statement reporting review (monthly/quarterly, JGAAP/USGAAP) – Controllers is responsible for giving instruction on accounting treatment and reviewing reporting package prepared by outsource vendor. • Budgeting (quarterly/annually) and Variance Analysis (monthly) • Lender reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) including DSCR test and waterfall • Employee Expense Reimbursement – approve via TOKIUM • Accounting analysis for new/ad-hoc transactions • Review of tax filing documents ◆ TRAVEL Limited |

【必須（MUST）】 ◆ Experience• More than 5-6 years of accounting or financial audit experience depending on the title the candidate is applying for. • Nissho Boki 3rd grade is a must. ◆ ABILITY & PERSONALITY • Proactive/self-starter, sociable/considerate, interpersonal, team-oriented personality • Attention to detail • Able to flexibly handle irregular things / multi-tasker • Passionate to learn new things • Effective and reasonable decision maker ◆ Skills • Native Level Japanese • Business Level English: Reading/Listening/Writing/Speaking (TOEIC 750 or above) • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel ◆EDUCATION • Bachelor’s Degree or higher 【歓迎（WANT）】 ◆ EXPERIENCE•Knowledge on fixed asset accounting is a plus •Around 2-3 years of SPC accounting experience is highly preferred •Working experience in Big 4 accounting firms or equivalent is preferred •JCPA or J Tax Accountant is preferred |
