【Responsibilities】 ・Production start-up (Delivery): Preparation for component manufacturing (process review, procedure manual, drawing confirmation, drafting and fabrication of manufacturing and testing jigs or preparation of specifications), component testing support (electrical testing, environmental testing during satellite fabrication, etc.) by utilizing internal and external resources. ・Response to quality issues (Quality): Quality Share targets with internal and external manufacturing departments, formulate and implement countermeasures, and manage progress of quality improvement activities. ・Understand manufacturing processes of partner companies, support quality improvement (electronic board mounting, component assembly, inspection, etc.) ・Cooperation with Production Management and Logistics Team: Give manufacturing instructions, manage on-site progress (from safety, quality, production, and cost perspectives, including external assembly vendors) Including external assembly vendors), change management and related departmental coordination (including cooperating companies) ・Business Improvement: Leading activities (ideal state, understanding current status, activity planning, understanding effects), production innovation for spacecraft with small volume and mixed development and production. 【職務内容/役割・責任】 ・生産立上げ（Delivery）：社内外リソース活用して、コンポーネント製造準備（工程検討、手順書、図面確認、製造用・試験用治具の製図・製作または仕様書作成）、コンポーネント試験サポート（電気試験、衛星製作時の環境試験等） ・品質課題への対応（Quality）：品質目標を社内外製造部門と共有、対策立案・実行、品質向上活動の進捗管理。協力企業の製造工程把握、品質向上支援（電子基板実装、コンポーネント組立、検査等） ・生産管理・ロジスティクスTeamとの連携：製造指示、現場の進捗管理（安全・品質・生産・コスト観点。社外の組立品製作ベンダー含む）、変更管理と関連部門調整（協力企業含む） ・業務改善：活動リード（ありたい姿、現状把握、活動計画、効果把握）、少量かつ開発と生産が混在する宇宙機の生産革新 |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Enjoy and tackle various challenges in a developing organization. Continue to learn and grow by oneself.・Business reform/improvement: Experience in setting issues, proposing activities, and implementing them on your own. Experience in introducing new management methods. ・Experience working in the manufacturing sector: production engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and control, production control, procurement, etc. ・Knowledge and experience related to products and manufacturing processes: assembly-type manufacturing (regardless of products handled, finished products or parts) or electronics (board mounting, assembly, etc.) ・Basic business skills: M365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint Basic job skills: M365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) to manage schedules, prepare reports, etc. ・Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 or equivalent ・発展途上の組織での様々なチャレンジを楽しみながら取り組める。自ら学び、成長し続ける。 ・業務改革・改善：自ら、課題設定・活動提案し、実行した経験。新たな管理手法導入の経験。 ・製造部門での業務経験：生産技術、製造、品質保証・管理、生産管理、調達等 ・製品・製造工程に関わる知識・経験：組立型製造業（取扱い製品、完成品・部品を問いません）、または電子機器（基板実装、組立等） ・基本業務スキル：M365（Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)を使用してスケジュール管理や報告書作成等ができる ・日本語を母国語とする、あるいはJLPT N1相当 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Basic knowledge of spacecraft such as satellites and onboard components and equipment, work experience in manufacturing left・Business system: experience using CAD, PDM/PLM, ERP (SAP) ・English: daily communication level ・衛星等の宇宙機や搭載コンポーネント・機器に関する基礎知識、左記製造に関する業務経験 ・業務システム：CAD、PDM/PLM、ERP（SAP）を使用した経験 ・英語：日常的なコミュニケーションレベル |
