We focus and involve in early phase of the product development and transform technical information into commercials. 仕事内容 / Job Description <業務内容> - 効率改善のためにデジタル化/自動化が必要な領域のニーズを収集・分析し、DTA FTAおよびグローバルCE組織との協業を通じて実施する。 - 部門のデジタル化/自動化への移行をリードし、メンバーへのトレーニングを提供する。 - 部門のビッグデータを分析し、CEの分析支援および最適化の可能性を特定する。 - 製品参照とベンチマークの調整。 - 製造プロセスの分析と計算のデジタル化。 <キャリア成長の機会:> - 技術知識とソフトスキル（例：コミュニケーション、交渉、コンサルティング）を向上させる機会。 - グローバルCEチームとの協業機会- 経験、パフォーマンス、リーダーシップ行動に応じてキャリア成長の機会が提供されます。 <Job content> - To collect and analyze the needs where digitalization/automation required for efficiency improvement, also by collaborating with DTA FTA and global CE organizations. - Lead dept. with transformation from manual to digitalization/automation and provide a training to the members. - Analyze big data from department and support CE for analysis and finding potential for optimization. - Coordination of Product referencing and benchmarking. - Stamping manufacturing process analysis and digitalization of its calculation. <Carrier growth opportunity:> - Chance to enhance technical knowledge and soft skills (e.g. communication, negotiation, consultation). - Opportunity to collaborate with global CE teams- Carrier growth opportunities depending upon the experience, Performance & leadership behavior |

English follows Japanese ・勤務時間 8:00-17:00 フレックスタイム制 ※コアタイム無し リモートワーク可 ・給与 基本給（円/月）：350,000円～ ※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定 ※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給 賞与：年2回支給 手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等 ・休日休暇 年間休日：122日（2024年） 完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる） 年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など -Salary Base Salary (JPY/Month): 350,000 JPY - *Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience *Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary Bonus : Twice a year Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc.. -Holiday Annual holiday: 122 days (2024) Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (Based on company calendar) Paid holiday, Congratulatory and Condolence leave, Maternity leave, Nursing care leave etc... |
