・メカトロニクスとグローバル連携

採用担当者はテクニカルアソシエイトとして勤務します。

仕事内容 / Job Description
コスト分析：各種商品および集計データの詳細なコスト分析を作成します。
プロセス実行：部門内でのコストエンジニアリング（CE）プロセスの円滑な実行を確保します。
コスト品質監査：コストの正確性を維持し、確立された基準への準拠を確認するための監査を実施します。
サプライヤー管理：各種集計データと商品に関する包括的なサプライヤーデータベースを維持します。
LPP分析：コスト削減の機会を特定するための低価格部品（LPP）分析を実施します。
予算管理：CEオフィスの予算を管理し、リソースの効率的な活用を確保する。
アサインメント追跡とサポート：アサインメントトラッカーを監視し、製品コスト関連会議での成果物の実行を確保する。
ビジネスケース作成：革新的なビジネスケースのアイデアを考案し、会議議事録を作成、マネージャー会議で議論されたタスクを割り当て、その実行を推進します。
ビッグデータ分析：部門から得られる大規模なデータセットを分析し、最適化の可能性を特定し、CEが実行可能な洞察を導き出すのを支援します。

The recruitment person　will work as a tech associate.

仕事内容 / Job Description

Cost Analysis: Preparing detailed cost analyses for various commodities and aggregates.
Process Execution: Ensuring seamless execution of Cost Engineering (CE) processes within the department.
Cost Quality Audit: Conducting audits to maintain cost accuracy and ensure adherence to established standards.
Supplier Landscape Management: Maintaining a comprehensive supplier database for various aggregates and commodities.
LPP Analysis: Performing Low-Price-Part (LPP) analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.
Budget Management: Managing the CE office budget and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Assignment Tracking and Support: Monitoring assignment trackers, ensuring execution of deliverables from forums such as product cost-related meetings.
Business Case Creation: Generating innovative business case ideas, taking meeting minutes, assigning tasks discussed in manager meetings, and driving their execution.
Big Data Analysis: Analyzing large data sets from the department, identifying optimization potentials, and supporting CE in deriving actionable insights.
労働条件 English follows Japanese

・勤務時間

8:00-17:00

フレックスタイム制　※コアタイム無し

リモートワーク可


・給与

基本給（円/月）：250,000円～

※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等


・休日休暇

年間休日：122日（2024年）

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など


-Salary

Base Salary (JPY/Month): 250,000 JPY -

*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience

*Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary

Bonus : Twice a year

Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc..

Annual holiday: 122 days (2024)

Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (Based on company calendar)

Paid holiday, Congratulatory and Condolence leave, Maternity leave, Nursing care leave etc...
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

教育と資格:

工学またはMBAの学歴が望ましい、または同等の実務経験。

スキル:

優れたコミュニケーション能力、自己管理能力、論理的思考力、および交渉能力。

コンピュータスキル:

MS Office（Power BI、PowerPoint、ビジネス分析に焦点を置いた高度なExcelを含む）の操作スキル。

言語:

ビジネスレベルの英語が必須です。

日本語のビジネスレベルでのスキルを有する候補者は優先されます。


Education & Certification:

Engineering or MBA academic background preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Competencies:

Strong communication skills, self-leadership, logical thinking, and negotiation abilities.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, including Power BI, PowerPoint, advanced Excel with a focus on business analysis.

Languages:

Business-level English is required.

Candidates with business-level proficiency in Japanese will be given preference.
