仕事内容 In this role, you will lead the solution architecture across multiple ServiceNow domains including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, and Security Operations (SecOps). Experience in integration and Service Portal is a must, as is the ability to code, configure, debug issues, resolve bugs, and provide technical support for functions built within the platform. You will work closely with the pre-sales team to understand technology requirements from the SOW and provide or validate solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities also include designing architecture diagrams, data modeling, and writing technical specifications, as well as defining and enforcing ServiceNow platform best practices, development standards, and technical architecture principles. You will conduct code and configuration reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise design patterns and compliance standards, and serve as a technical design authority by contributing to and chairing architecture and design review boards. Additionally, you will guide solution development through early-stage delivery, ensuring reusability and performance, while mentoring and training technical leads and developers to uplift platform knowledge and capability across teams. Collaboration with Offering, Engineering, and Delivery leads will be key to bridging GTM vision with technical feasibility, and you will also evaluate new ServiceNow platform capabilities and adjacent AI and workplace technologies for strategic adoption.

・over 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including 2+ years in architecture or solution leadership roles
・Strong hands-on knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, and Security Operations (SecOps)
・Proven ability to lead solution design workshops, build technical blueprints, and translate business needs into scalable architectures
・Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB/data modeling
Language:
・Fluent in English and Japanese communication

Certifications:
・Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Minimum 2 domains
・Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
・Architect Path Certification (preferred)
・ITIL v4 Foundation – Preferred

#Standard Working Hours#

* 9:00–17:45 (Prescribed working hours: 7 hours 45 minutes)
* Break time: 60 minutes
