Our ICCs focus on delivering digital solutions across Takeda and building our internal digital capabilities to ensure we are future-ready. TJIC collaborates with the global ICCs to supports our Japan based business units and functions with cutting-edge technologies such as AI and big data. As a TJIC member, you will work closely with Japan-based business units and functions while regularly collaborating with colleagues in global ICCs to exchange knowledge and drive innovation. You’ll be at the intersection of data development and operations, leveraging automation, optimizing resources, and delivering robust, cutting-edge data solutions that support Takeda’s global mission. Contribute to delivery within the agreed timeline, budget and quality standards. Implement and maintain DevOps practices for data solutions by establishing and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Lead the resolution of issues and incidents assigned to you. Work closely with data developers, IT operations teams, and business stakeholders to streamline enhancements, bug fixes, and system upgrades. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices for DevOps processes and data solutions. Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, automate routine tasks, and utilize analytics to ensure optimal performance and stability. 応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 3+ years of experience with data system development or operations, working with technologies such as Informatica, Databricks, Python, SQL, or other relevant data engineering technologies. Japanese language skill: JLPT N2+ •コンピューターサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号 •InformaticaやDatabricksなどの技術、もしくはその他関連するシステムDevOpsにおけるデータシステムの開発または運用での3年以上の経験 •日本語能力：日本語能力試験（JLPT）N2以上【歓迎（WANT）】 Business level English skill Preferred technologies: Informatica, Databricks. Preferred programming skills: Python, SQL, R Domain knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, especially commercial.
