－ Manage the accounting team, including task allocation, progress tracking, and team development － Oversee consolidated financial reporting （monthly, quarterly, annual）, ensuring quality and deadlines are met － Review and finalize statutory and financial disclosures － Coordinate with internal departments, overseas subsidiaries, and external auditors － Lead accounting－related projects such as revenue recognition, cost accounting, and transfer pricing |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Significant hands－on experience （5＋ years） in accounting or tax across corporate or audit settings, with a solid grasp of JGAAP and USGAAP－ Confident communicating in English across global teams, including managing calls, emails, and cross－border meetings － Deep understanding of group consolidation processes and financial close cycles － Strong command of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to support daily reporting and analysis |
