－ Oversees all core financial operations while partnering with local and international leadership to deliver strategic insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. － Ensures full compliance with international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements, while maintaining timely and accurate financial reporting. － Leads the annual budgeting process and provides ongoing financial analysis to guide decision－making and keep business performance aligned with strategic targets. － Manages and develops a small finance team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and readiness for future leadership roles. － Contributes to company－wide initiatives, playing an active role in transformation efforts, strategic planning, and cultural development alongside senior leadership. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background.－ Has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including responsibilities such as financial reporting, budgeting, tax filings, and audits within a multinational corporate environment. － Brings more than 5 years of experience in leading finance or accounting teams, with a proven track record in team management. － Possesses strong English communication skills suitable for business settings. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Cost accounting experience is a plus but not required |
