Here in Group Controlling we lead Daimler Trucks Asia’s corporate forecasting process. We have ownership of the company’s overall income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecast, consolidating inputs from across the broader finance organization. We prepare decision papers and give crucial steering impulses to our CFO/Management. 【仕事内容 / Job Description】 あなたの役割 月次および四半期連結財務諸表の作成プロセスに参加し、月次決算業務の調整を担当し、各種財務分析を支援します。総勘定元帳チーム、地域財務チーム、本社財務チームと密接に協力します。さらに、臨時プロジェクトへの参加やプロセス/システム改善の実施にも携わります。 あなたの責任 - 連結財務諸表（損益計算書、貸借対照表、キャッシュフロー計算書を含む）の主要な財務指標の分析。 - 財務組織全体からの入力を統合し、実際の財務状況と予測を比較した必要な移行表を作成。 - 月次決算業務（ガバナンス関連プロセスを含む）を担当し、改善のための弱点を特定します。 - ビジネスインテリジェンスデータウェアハウスやPowerBIなどの自動化ツールを活用し、データ準備の向上と効率的かつ迅速なプロセスの確保に努めます。 - 現地・地域財務チームからドイツのダイムラー・トラック・グローバル本社までの多様な財務チームとコミュニケーションをとり、協業します。 Your Role You will be involved in process of monthly & quarterly combined financial statements, coordinates monthly closing activities and assists with various financial analyses. You will collaborate extensively with the general ledger team, the regional finance teams, and the HQ finance team. In addition, you will participate in any ad hoc projects and the implementation of any process/system improvements. Your Responsibilities - Analysis of key financial indicators of the consolidated combined financial statements, which includes income statement, balance sheet and cash flow. - Prepares required transitions showing the financial development versus actual as well as forecast by consolidating inputs from broader finance organization. - Responsible for month-end closing activities incl. governance related processes and identifying weak spots for further improvements - Utilizes automation such as Business Intelligence Data Warehouse and PowerBI in order to improve data readiness & ensures lean and fast processes - Communicates and collaborates with various finance teams from local & regional to the Daimler Trucks Global Headquarters in Germany. |

English follows Japanese ・勤務時間 8:00-17:00 フレックスタイム制 ※コアタイム無し リモートワーク可 ・給与 基本給（円/月）：350,000円～ ※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定 ※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給 賞与：年2回支給 手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等 ・休日休暇 年間休日：122日（2024年） 完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる） 年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など -Salary Base Salary (JPY/Month): 350,000 JPY - *Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience *Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary Bonus : Twice a year Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc.. -Holiday Annual holiday: 122 days (2024) Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (Based on company calendar) Paid holiday, Congratulatory and Condolence leave, Maternity leave, Nursing care leave etc... |

【必須（MUST）】 資格要件- 経営学（会計/財務）または経済学の学歴 - SAPの財務モジュール（FI、CO）に関する実務経験が望ましい - 財務概念（KPIに基づく外部報告を含む）に関する深い知識 - PCおよびMSオフィス（特にExcel、PowerPoint）の高度なスキル - PowerBIの経験は優遇 個人スキル要件 - 分析力、迅速な判断力、結果重視の姿勢 - ペースの速い環境で働き、適切な優先順位付けを行い、複数のタスクを同時に処理する能力 - 細部への配慮と実行力 - 最小限の監督下で自立して働ける能力 - 優れた口頭、書面、プレゼンテーションスキル - 協力的でチーム志向であり、クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトをリードする能力 言語スキル - 英語レベル：ビジネスレベル必須 - 日本語レベル：できれば尚可 Qualifications - Academic background in business administration (accounting / finance) or economics - Work experience with financial modules of SAP (FI, CO) is preferred - Strong knowledge of financial concepts incl.
