Position Summary This position is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies for Masimo’s Cardiac Output Monitoring portfolio. The Product Manager will lead market adoption and business expansion in South Korea, with a primary focus on operating rooms (OR), intensive care units (ICU), and emergency departments (ED). The role includes defining optimal product positioning, supporting sales enablement, and building strong clinical and market advocacy. • Take full ownership of the Cardiac Output Monitoring product line, acting as the go-to expert within the organization • Develop product positioning strategies and value propositions tailored to local market needs • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders to drive product acceptance and clinical credibility • Work closely with the sales team to define customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and effective sales tools • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to formulate proactive counterstrategies • Plan and execute product training and education programs for internal teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals • Liaise with global marketing and engineering teams to communicate market feedback |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing in the medical deviceindustry • Strong understanding of critical care, hemodynamic monitoring, or perioperative workflow is preferred • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Fluent in Korean and proficient in English |
