Are you passionate about logistics, team leadership, and continuous improvement? We're seeking a dynamic professional to lead and optimize logistics processes, warehouse operations, and cross－functional collaboration in a fast－paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership ＆ Process Management Inspire and guide a high－performing logistics team through mentoring, coaching, and recognition. Facilitate cross－functional meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations. Define and monitor performance metrics, driving continuous improvement across logistics processes. Lead problem－solving initiatives and ensure effective resolution of operational challenges. Act as a liaison between the logistics process team and the broader flow team, ensuring alignment and accountability. Warehouse ＆ Transportation Operations Promote a culture of safety through regular patrols and active participation in safety initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards related to quality, safety, and security. Oversee warehouse security in line with TAPA and internal protocols. Maintain and update SOPs for all logistics－related activities. Manage deviations and implement changes in logistics operations effectively. Supervise third－party contractors and monitor performance through KPIs and operational standards. Optimize warehouse capacity and coordinate with internal teams to maintain compliance and efficiency. Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics through strategic load adjustments. Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy and availability. Support GDP compliance and contribute to the development and maintenance of logistics operations in accordance with global guidelines. Logistics Design ＆ Optimization Forecast logistics needs based on strategic and business planning, and collaborate with global teams to ensure capacity meets production demands. Work closely with internal departments to streamline transportation methods, vendor selection, and equipment usage for finished goods. Global Collaboration Serve as the primary contact for Global Logistics, aligning local operations with global strategies. Drive the implementation of global logistics initiatives within Japan to enhance overall efficiency and integration. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment （preferably in the chemical industry）.Proven track record of leading teams for at least 3 years. Hands－on experience managing third－party logistics providers. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or higher （MBA is a plus）. Language proficiency: Business－level English （TOEIC score of 800＋; capable of reading, writing, and engaging in professional discussions）, and native－level Japanese. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Familiarity with SAP systems.Experience in leading or contributing to project management initiatives. Knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade operations. |
