仕事内容	The Senior Manager of Procurement in Information Systems is responsible for overseeing the Procurement Applications globally. This individual will leverage deep expertise in SAP Procurement systems and demonstrate strong management skills to lead cross-functional teams and align procurement strategies with overall organisational goals. Responsibilities: 1.Project Management & Delivery Lead end-to-end SAP and related IT project implementations. Define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets. Ensure alignment with Renesas policies and standards. Oversee integration with other systems. 2.Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement Liaise with internal business users to gather requirements and align solutions. Manage vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery. 3.Procurement System Maintenance & Support Oversee support operations and ensure service levels are met. Plan and deliver system enhancements and bug fixes. Ensure audit and security compliance. 4.Team Leadership Lead and mentor project or support teams. Optimize resource allocation and maintain team morale. 5.Strategic Planning and Financial Management Contribute to IT roadmaps and procurement system strategies. Participate in annual budget planning and prioritization. 6.Day-to-Day Activities Meet with business users to understand requirements or support issues. Coordinate with related teams on project progress or system support matters. Conduct or review system testing, troubleshooting, and change management. Prepare or review technical and project documentation. Track project milestones, report status, and manage risks/issues. Perform data/system analysis and recommend improvements. Attend planning meetings and contribute to roadmap discussions. Handle audit and compliance queries related to SAP Ariba systems.
労働条件	契約期間：期間の定めなし試⽤期間：あり（3カ⽉）就業時間：9:00～17:45（基本実働7.75時間、休憩60分）フレックス制度あり年間有給休暇日数：入社年度分の付与1日～23日（入社月で異なる）入社翌年度分の付与25日年間休日数：132日（年間休日125日+特別休暇2日+夏休み（5日：各人の有休消化））在宅勤務制度：有（柔軟性あり）社会保険：健康保険、厚⽣年⾦、労災保険、雇⽤保険受動喫煙防⽌措置：屋内原則禁煙（喫煙専⽤室設置）労働条件詳細については、⾯談時にお伝えします。
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 1.Education and Experience: ・Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent ・At least 10 years within IT industry, inclusive of at least 8 years in SAP Project, and at least 5 years’ experience in project management inclusive of one or more complete cycles for large scale IT project implementation, preferably in SAP S4HANA. 2.Skills: ・Familiar in the Procurement and Finance related business domains. ・Able to provide support for non-SAP procurement related system. ・Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architectures, and best practices. ・Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential. ・Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors ・Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision ・Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and positive attitude 3.Technology Proficiency:Certification in SAP will be an added advantage.
