| 仕事内容 |
－This position plays a key leadership role in building an integrated risk management and internal control system to safeguard the company's assets and brand. － Lead the development of an integrated and intelligent risk management and internal control system to protect company assets and brand reputation. － Coordinate annual enterprise risk assessments and contribute to the global risk framework at the regional level. － Partner closely with local executives and cross－functional teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate strategic, operational, compliance, cybersecurity, and people－related risks. － Promote risk awareness and business continuity initiatives through training, communication, and disaster recovery planning. － Oversee policy and procedure updates by supporting business units with quality checks, development plans, and compliance reviews. － Conduct process reviews and advise functions on internal control improvements and risk mitigation strategies. － Support internal audit projects, follow up on audit findings, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues. － Coordinate insurance renewals and serve as the primary contact for both global and local insurance matters. － Collaborate with both internal stakeholders （CEO, process owners, auditors） and external partners （insurance providers, auditors）. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5–10 years’ experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management－ Experience in multinational companies or international audit firms － Strong knowledge of internal audit standards and risk frameworks － Native－level Japanese and business－level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in luxury, retail, or FMCG industries－ CIA or CPA certification － Experience in insurance－related processes － Strong communication and stakeholder management skills － Hands－on, analytical, and solutions－oriented － High integrity and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines |
