This is a strategic accounting leadership role within a fast－paced and innovative environment. The Accounting Lead will be responsible for overseeing both operational and strategic finance functions including consolidated financial reporting, IFRS compliance, tax filings, and disclosure requirements. The role will drive business and process improvements, support ERP implementation, and work closely with both domestic and global teams to enhance financial governance and reporting standards. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Minimum 3 years of accounting or audit experience in a listed company or audit firm－ Strong understanding of consolidated accounting and IFRS － Business－level Japanese and English skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 － CPA, USCPA, or equivalent certification－ Experience with ERP systems and accounting system implementation － Knowledge of tax, disclosure, and internal controls Strong problem－solving and communication skills Ability to lead cross－functional projects Open to change, agile, and tech－savvy mindset |
