We are seeking an experienced and proactive accounting professional to help build and strengthen the finance function of a rapidly growing global tech－driven company. This role will contribute to streamlining processes, supporting global expansion, and ensuring compliance as we scale. Key responsibilities include: － Managing daily accounting operations, including monthly/year－end closings and cash flow oversight － Tax management including international taxation － Enhancing internal controls and governance frameworks － Leading process improvements across finance and cross－functional teams － Handling external audit coordination and accounting treatment discussions － Supporting finance initiatives tied to global business growth This position offers strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to contribute to a company redefining the manufacturing and supply chain space through digital innovation. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Approx. 5＋ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting－ Experience with year－end closings and coordinating with external auditors － Business－level Japanese （N1 or equivalent） － Experience managing a team or leading accounting tasks － Strong communication and process ownership 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience at a listed company or pre－IPO startup－ Exposure to disclosure documentation － Experience in manufacturing or SaaS industries － Prior management experience － Understanding of internal control systems － Strong alignment with the company's mission and values － Comfortable working in a fast－paced, cross－functional environment － Strong hypothesis－driven thinking and ability to adapt quickly |
