Roles and Responsibilities: － Lead budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly forecasting activities － Deliver high－quality financial reports, identify performance drivers, and alert potential business risks － Act as a financial business partner to cross－functional teams, supporting strategic and operational decisions － Drive process and reporting improvements, supporting business growth and scalability － Serve as a key finance expert on business reviews and ad－hoc initiative － Coach junior team members and may lead the broader FP＆A function This is a highly visible, high－impact finance leadership role within a company known for innovation, quality, and global reach in the healthcare industry. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree－ Minimum 10 years of Accounting/Finance experience, including 1–2 years in audit/analysis at a multinational company － Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting capabilities － Business－level fluency in both Japanese and English － Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint － Deep understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing－ Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills － Presentation and facilitation experience for internal/executive audiences － Strong analytical and problem－solving abilities － Ability to thrive in a fast－paced, cross－functional, international environment － Strong leadership presence with coaching experience |
