A fast－growing renewable energy asset manager is seeking a Chief Financial Officer （CFO） to lead and oversee the financial operations of its listed infrastructure fund and asset management business in Japan. Key responsibilities include: － Leading debt financing and equity fundraising initiatives － Monitoring balance sheet, P＆L, and cash flow to ensure compliance with financial covenants － Managing budgeting, treasury, accounting, and tax operations － Acting as the spokesperson for investor relations, including disclosure documents and analyst communications － Overseeing board and unit holder meetings, as well as corporate governance － Supporting corporate planning, and handling HR, general admin, and IT oversight － Developing and upgrading internal policies and governance frameworks This is a high－impact, senior leadership position ideal for professionals with a background in structured finance, infrastructure funds, J－REIT, or project finance. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience in at least one of the following: project finance, non－recourse loans, treasury, accounting, or corporate finance in an AM firm, infrastructure fund, J－REIT, PE, or renewable energy－ Strong command of business English － Ability to lead cross－functional teams and work with both internal and sponsor stakeholders 【歓迎（WANT）】 － CFO experience （in fund, corporate, or listed companies）－ PO （public offering） experience for a fund or corporation － Knowledge of public equity markets and offering processes － Relationships with commercial or investment banks － MBA or degree in economics, finance, or accounting － Experience in a foreign－affiliated environment － A collaborative, encouraging leader who listens and supports diverse teams － Strong governance mindset and interest in supporting Japan’s growing renewable sector |
