This is a high－impact role at a global cockpit electronics and ADAS technology leader. You will drive business development and product strategy for next－generation automotive software and systems in Japan and globally. Acting as a technical and commercial bridge between R＆D, product teams, and OEM customers, you'll own the planning and execution of market－driven product roadmaps, pricing, quoting, and technical negotiations—especially within the fast－growing ADAS space. Key responsibilities include: – Co－develop ADAS product strategy and drive technology roadmap – Lead business cases, go－to－market plans, and pricing strategy – Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through deployment – Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking – Interface with OEM customers to understand needs and influence specifications – Collaborate with engineering teams to define MRD/PRD and build proof－of－concepts – Lead cost optimization including BOM targets and platform reuse – Manage RFIs/RFQs, technical quoting, and presentations – Build and lead a high－performing business development team 本ポジションでは、日本市場を中心に、ADAS製品の戦略企画とビジネス開発をリードしていただきます。OEMとの技術的折衝、コスト見積、マーケット分析、新規案件獲得を通じて、同社のADASポートフォリオの成長を牽引します。 |
| 労働条件 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 – Bachelor’s degree in engineering （software or electronics preferred）– In－depth knowledge of ADAS product ecosystem, technologies, and pricing – Strong understanding of semiconductors, embedded software, and chip suppliers – Experience managing cross－functional product teams – Fluent in both Japanese and English – 工学系学士（ソフトウェア・エレクトロニクス分野が望ましい） – ADAS製品や市場動向の理解 – 組込みソフトウェア・半導体サプライヤー・チップ技術への知見 – 複数部門を横断するプロジェクト・チームマネジメント経験 – 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル 【歓迎（WANT）】 – Experience in product lifecycle planning （MRD/PRD, POC, GTM）– OEM customer engagement and pricing negotiation skills – Previous leadership in ADAS, cockpit electronics, or embedded mobility systems – 製品戦略・仕様書作成・GTM設計の経験 – OEMとの技術交渉・価格交渉経験 – ADASやコックピット製品のビジネス開発経験 |
