Reporting to Japan Country Manager （foreigner） and regional CFO, leading all finance activities with 3－4 members. Member of the Management Team of the company in Japan. There is a shared service center in Vietnam supporting multiple countries including Japan for IT, AP/AR, Internal Control functions. Set the financial strategy to reach the P＆L and cash targets; assess and valorize business risks and opportunities during the monthly S＆OP process. Collaborate with Sales ＆ Marketing teams to provide financial insights, valorized business cases and P＆L simulations to support strategic decisions. Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, relevant accounting standards and regulations. |
