This means that you will associate with global business partners every single day. 勤務形態／Contract Type 正社員／Permanent Contract 部署の紹介／Department Introduction English Follows Japanese CAE/データアナリティクス部は、シミュレーション（CAE）とRDアナリティクスの2つの主要分野に焦点を当てています。CAEはコンピュータベースのモデルを使用してシミュレーションを行い、設計の実現可能性を確認し、製品の成熟度を向上させます。CAEは車両の全体的な挙動を理解するのに役立ち、これにより実機試験を実施する前に製品を改善する機会を得ることができます。CAEにとって、実際の挙動を正確にモデル化し、評価および提案をすることは常に挑戦的な仕事です。 私たちCAEチームは、車両性能を理解し、シミュレーションの専門知識を活用してトラックやバスの品質向上に貢献する最前線にいます。 CAE/データアナリティクス部門は、3つの異なるチームで構成されています： 1) 車両構造解析 2) 空気力学、エネルギーマネージメント＆パワートレーン機能 3) データ分析・高電圧部品＆解析メソッド 合計21名のメンバーが所属しており、活気に満ちた協力的な環境を育んでいます。 車両構造解析チームには現在、20代から50代の10名の正社員が在籍しており、強い責任感を持って働くプロフェッショナルなCAEエンジニアを募集しています。 We focus on two main areas: Simulation (CAE) and RD Analytics. CAE conducts simulations using computer-based models to validate design feasibility and enhance product maturity. CAE helps understand the overall behavior of the vehicle, allowing everyone in the company to improve the product even before it reaches the test track. Accurately modeling real-world behavior, validating designs, and making proposals is always a challenging task for CAE. CAE team is at the forefront of understanding vehicle performance and leveraging our expertise in simulation to enhance the quality of trucks and buses. CAE/Data Analytics department is made up by 3 different teams: 1) Vehicle Structure 2) Aerodynamics, Energy Mgmt & PT function 3) HV, Simulation Method and Data Analytics The department has 21 employees and fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Vehicle Structure team having 10 employees (ages in 20s-50s), is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join as a professional CAE engineer with strong ownership 仕事内容／Job Description (1) MBSシミュレーションを用いた車両ダイナミクスの分析と最適化 -設計チームとのコンセプト定義と目標合意 -設計チームとのコンセプト最適化と設計仕様の決定 (2) 車両ダイナミクス解析に関するモデリングとシミュレーション -3D車両動力学シミュレーションの実施 (3) 効率と精度向上のための手法改善 ‐CAEによるバーチャル評価を実現・推進するために、予測精度とプロセス効率の改善機会を継続的にする (4) 改善提案 ‐他部門との協力を通じてシミュレーション結果に基づくフィードバックと改善提案を行う (1) Vehicle dynamics analysis and optimization using multi-body simulation -Define concepts and agree on targets with design teams -Optimize concepts and finalize designs with design teams (2) Modeling and simulation for vehicle dynamics -3D vehicle dynamics simulation (3) Method improvement for better efficiency and accuracy -Continuously seek opportunities to improve prediction accuracy and process efficiencies to achieve maximum virtual validation (4) Improvement proposals -Provide feedback and improvement proposals based on simulation results through collaboration with other |
