This means that you will associate with global business partners every single day. 勤務形態／Contract Type 正社員／Permanent Contract 部署の紹介／Department Introduction English Follows Japanese 当社は、サプライヤー品質管理部パワートレイン部品シリーズ品質チームに参加する意欲的で経験豊富なサプライヤー品質エンジニアを求めています。サプライヤー品質エンジニアとして、サプライヤーおよび内部利害関係者との取引において重要な役割を果たし、国内外でのシリーズ部品品質保証活動を確保し、当社の成長と成功をサポートします。ISO9001 および IATF16949 規格の基本要件を適用し、パワートレイン部品の品質確保に責任を持って取り組みます。さらに、問題解決手法や根本原因分析に関する深い知識も求められます。 サプライヤー品質管理 (QMS) 部門は、以下の 5 つのチームで構成されています。1）サプライヤー部品開発&材料 / プロセス技術、2）量産品質管理 - パワートレイン、3）量産品質管理 - 車両、4）材料ラボ、5）測定ラボ。当部 には約 80 人のメンバーが働いています。 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced supplier quality engineer to join our Supplier Quality Management, Powertrain parts series quality team. As a Supplier Quality engineer, you will play a crucial role in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure series parts quality assurance activities locally and also with overseas to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for ensuring parts quality for Powertrain parts by applying basic ISO9001 and IATF16949 standard requirements. Additionally, we are looking for strong knowledge in Problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis. The Supplier Quality Management Department is made up by 5 different teams: 1) Supplier part development &Material / Process Technologies, 2) Series Quality Management -Powertrain, 3) Series Quality Management - Vehicle , 4) Material lab, 5) Measurement lab. There are total of approx 80 members working in the department. 仕事内容／Job Description English Follows Japanese 1.ISO 9001 および IATF 16949 の要求事項に関する深い知識を有し、量産部品品質管理のサプライヤーと取引する 2.優れた問題解決能力と分析スキルを有することにより、製品品質要件を確保するためのサプライヤー（国内外）とのやり取り 3.プロセス / システムおよび製品に関するサプライヤー監査スキルに関する深い知識。 4エンジン、トランスミッション、原材料部品に関する製品と製造プロセスの知識 5.欠陥のない製品品質保証を確保するためのサプライヤーリスク評価 6.効果的な部品開発活動のための事前製品品質計画 (APQP) プロセスおよび生産部品承認プロセス (PPAP) に関する基本知識 7.生産ラインの品質問題をサポートする危機管理の経験。 1. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements to deal with suppliers for series parts quality management 2. Interaction with suppliers (domestic and overseas) to ensure the product quality requirements by having strong Problem solving techniques and analytical skills 3. Strong knowledge in Suppleir audit skills in Process/system and product. 4. Product and manufacturing process knowledge on Engine, Transmission and raw material parts 5. Supplier risk assessment to ensure defect free product quality assurance 6. Basic knowledge of Advanced product quality planning (APQP) processes and Production part approval processes (PPAP) for effective part development activities. 7.
