| 仕事内容 |
This is a key role within the Japan Investment Product team of a global asset manager. You will support the planning, development, and lifecycle management of both onshore and offshore products used by the firm’s retail and institutional clients. You’ll contribute to new product launches, enhancements of existing funds, and strategic initiatives aligned with regional business growth goals. Key responsibilities include: – Generating product ideas and building business cases for new offerings in Japan – Managing product launches for trust－type funds （PPITs/POITs） and offshore vehicles – Ongoing oversight of existing product range, including seed capital and fund health – Coordinating with Asia regional team on cross－border product initiatives – Supporting development of investment story and structuring proposals 国内および海外の商品開発・管理業務に携わりながら、日本のリテール・機関投資家向けに新商品提案や既存商品の見直しなどをリードしていただきます。クロスボーダー連携も多く、英語力と商品開発経験を活かしていただける環境です。 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 – 5＋ years of experience in product development, product management, or fund onboarding– Strong initiative and independence – Analytical skills and attention to detail – Familiarity with investment strategies, structures, and portfolio construction – Business－level English and Japanese – 商品開発・商品管理・ファンド導入などの経験5年以上 – 自主的に業務を遂行できる行動力 – 問題解決力と分析力、細部へのこだわり – 投資戦略や運用構造への理解 – 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル 【歓迎（WANT）】 – CMA or CFA qualification– Experience with investment analysis or financial modeling – Strong comfort with financial data tools and systems – CMAまたはCFA資格 – 投資分析やファンドパフォーマンス分析の経験 – 金融データやシステムの活用に抵抗がない方 |
