■業務内容 ソニー・ホンダモビリティでは商品である車を作って/運んで/保有中のお客様にサービスを提供していきます。このために必要なカスタマーサービスのシステム企画・開発・導入から運営までを担って頂きます。具体的な領域は以下となります。 ・カスタマーサービス領域： カスタマーセンター管理システム（コンタクトセンター、ロードサービスなど） アフターサービス管理システム（修理メンテナンス、補修部品管理、車両SW更新OTAなど） マーケティングシステム（見込顧客育成・獲得、既存顧客の維持・活性化など） 作業内容はビジネスメンバーと一緒に事業検討、企画の作成から、システム要件/システム化機能への落とし込み、そのために必要な業務フローや機能一覧、システム構成図などの成果物作成、それらの開発メンバーへの落とし込み、システム機能と企画内容のすり合わせを行って行きます。役割としてはビジネス＆開発メンバーを取りまとめたプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャー、及び開発するシステムに対して開発完了までの責任を持つプロダクトオーナーとしての2つの役割を持ちます。カスタマーサービス領域ではSaaS（Salesforce）を使ってこれらを実現していくため、Fit to Standardの考えを持ちながらこれらの業務を進めていきます。 これらの業務の中において、外部の事業パートナーとデータ連携するためにグローバルなパートナー会社との交渉、調整、システム仕様決定、そのための打ち合わせファシリテート、必要に応じた海外出張などを行っていきます。また、検証～立ち上げフェーズにおいては工場やロジスティクス現場へ実際に赴き、現場・現物を扱いながらシステム導入～運営立ち上げまでのリーディングを行っていきます。 ■募集背景 ソニー・ホンダモビリティでは従来の既存OEMであればディーラーに任せているカスタマーサービス領域について直接お客様とつながってサービスを提供していきます。これによりD2C販売から保有期のサービスまでシームレスなサービスをお客様に提供していくチャレンジを行っています。このような新しい挑戦を行っていくにあたり、従来の車両OEMにおけるやSW配布に捕らわれない、新しい発想や熱意を持った方と一緒に取り組んでいきたいと考えております。 ■開発環境 ・Office365ツール各種 ・DrawIO,Figma ・Slack, Teams ・GitHub,Confluenceなど ■所属組織 部全体で50名弱の社内エンジニア、課メンバーは4名。社内エンジニアや業務委託エンジニアを含む開発Scrmの中で、事業と開発をつなぐ役割を担っていきます。 ■Job description Sony Honda Mobility provides services to customers who manufacture, transport, and own their vehicles. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and operating the necessary customer service systems. The specific areas are as follows: ■Customer Service Areas: Customer Center Management Systems (Contact Center, Road Service, etc.) After-Sales Service Management Systems (Repair and Maintenance, Spare Parts Management, Vehicle Software Updates OTA, etc.) Marketing Systems (Prospective Customer Development and Acquisition, Existing Customer Retention and Activation, etc.) Tasks: You will work with business members to examine business plans, create plans, translate system requirements into system functions, create necessary deliverables such as business flows, function lists, and system configuration diagrams, and communicate these to development members. You will align system functions with the planned content. Your roles will include being a project manager who coordinates business and development members and a product owner responsible for the system development until completion. In the customer service area, these tasks will be realized using SaaS (Salesforce), progressing with a Fit to Standard approach. ■Responsibilities: In these tasks, you will negotiate, coordinate, and determine system specifications with global partner companies for data linkage with external business partners. This includes facilitating meetings and making overseas business trips as necessary. During the verification to launch phase, you will visit factories and logistics sites to lead the system implementation and operation launch while handling on-site and physical items. ■Background of Recruitment At Sony Honda Mobility, we provide customer services directly to our customers, which would traditionally be handled by dealers in conventional OEMs. This allows us to offer seamless services from D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales to ownership period services. We are taking on the challenge of providing these seamless services to our customers. In undertaking this new challenge, we are looking for individuals with new ideas and enthusiasm, who are not confined to traditional vehicle OEMs or software distribution, to work with us. ■Development environment Various Office365 tools DrawIO, Figma Slack, Teams GitHub, Confluence ■Department The entire department consists of just under 50 in-house engineers, with 4 members in the section. You will play a role in connecting business and development within the development Scrum, which includes in-house engineers and contract engineers. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・事業会社にて3年以上のシステム開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験（企画、開発、運営までプロジェクトをやり切ったご経験、モビリティ会社の経験有無は問わない）・システム観点のビジネス要求を引き出すための業務構築支援ができる業務設計スキル ・ビジネス要求をシステム要件/システム機能に具体化する要件定義スキル ・ビジネスを実現するシステムソリューションやインテグレーターの選定スキル ・海外（英語圏）での業務経験、又はその地域の方とのプロジェクト推進、ビジネス交渉などの経験 ・以下いずれかのSalesforce資格保有、又は構築経験 ・Salesforce認定アドミニストレーター資格、 又はSales Cloud/Service Cloud導入経験（2年以上） ・Salesforce導入プロジェクトのチームリーダー以上のリーダー経験 ・Salesforce上級認定アドミニストレーター資格 ・Salesforce 認定Service Cloudコンサルタント資格 ・Mulesoftを用いた開発経験（２年以上） Over 3 years of experience in system development project management at a business company (experience in planning, development, and operation of projects, regardless of experience in a mobility company) Business design skills to support the extraction of business requirements from a system perspective Requirement definition skills to concretize business requirements into system requirements/system functions Skills in selecting system solutions and integrators to realize business Experience working overseas (in English-speaking regions) or experience in project promotion and business negotiations with people from those regions Possession of any of the following Salesforce qualifications or construction experience:Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification, or more than 2 years of experience in implementing Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Leadership experience as a team leader or higher in Salesforce implementation projects Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification More than 2 years of development experience using Mulesoft 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・システム詳細設計、実装を含む開発/運用経験・自動車業界、または製造業のカスタマーサービスにおける事業、業務知識、またはそれにかかわるシステム開発/(WANT) Development/operation experience including system detailed design and implementation Business and operational knowledge in customer service within the automotive industry or manufacturing industry, or related system development/operation experience (WANT) ■求め人物像 ・システム開発するための要件整理のアプローチ方法を自ら構築したり、未知の分野に対して仮説設定をしながら業務を進めていける高い積極性があること ・立場の異なる様々なステークホルダーが集まるプロジェクトをリーディングし、会議のファシリテートができること ・ビジネス部門に対して成果物に落とし込んだ形でシステム要件、システム機能を提示できること。 ・開発チームにビジネス背景、機能の必要性、仕様について論理的に共有できること。 ■言語 実務で英語圏のビジネスパートナーと調整、交渉ができるレベル、または経験があると望ましい。日本語ネイティブで無い方は日本語検定Ｎ２以上。 ＜必須＞TOEIC700点以上、又は日本語検定Ｎ２以上かそれに準じる実務経験 ＜尚可＞TOEIC800点以上、又は日本語検定Ｎ１以上かそれに準じる実務経験 It is desirable to have a level or experience that allows for coordination and negotiation with English-speaking business partners in practical work.
