【職務概要】 当社では、チラーシステムの技術設計、解析、導入を担う、経験豊富な遠心式チラー設計の専門家を探しています。 【業務概要】 ・TRACE 700 / 3D Plus、HAP、EnergyPlusなどのツール用い、負荷計算、冷媒フローモデリング、チラーシステムシミュレーションを行う。 ・P&ID、配管レイアウト、機器データシート、バルブおよび制御回路図といった技術文書を作成する。 ・Tier III / IVデータセンター企画に準拠した冗長設計（N+1、2N）設計を行う。 ・構造エンジニアや電気エンジニアと協力しながら、パイプの補助具、アンカー、伸縮継手に関するガイドラインを遵守する。 ・チラープラント設計をビル管理システム（BMS）およびエネルギー効率制御ロジックと組み合わせる。 ・ベンダーの見直し、入札評価、工場受入試験（FAT）、現場受入試験（SAT）を統括する。 ・試運転および再試運転段階の技術面におけるリーダーを務める。 ・日頃からASME、ANSI、ASHRAE規格とベストプラクティスに関する最新情報を入手する。 【Job Description】 We are looking for a highly experienced Centrifugal Chiller Design Expert to lead the technical design, analysis, and implementation of chiller systems 【Key responsibilities】 ・Perform load calculations, refrigerant flow modeling, and chiller system simulations using tools like TRACE 700/3D Plus, HAP, or EnergyPlus. ・Develop technical documentation including P&IDs, piping layouts, equipment data sheets, valve and control schematics. ・Design for redundancy (N+1, 2N) in accordance with Tier III/IV data center standards. ・Coordinate with structural and electrical engineers to ensure compliance with guidelines on pipe supports, anchors, and expansion joints. ・Integrate chiller plant design with building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency control logic. ・Oversee vendor reviews, bid evaluations, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT). ・Provide technical leadership during commissioning and retro-commissioning phases. ・Stay up to date with evolving ASME, ANSI, and ASHRAE standards and best practices. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ターボ冷凍機、シェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器、および関連配管システムの設計 / 製造に携わった経験がある方。・日本語ネイティブレベルの方。 ・機械工学または熱システム工学における学士号または修士号を取得した方。 ・10年以上のHVAC設計経験があり、そのうち5年以上はターボ冷凍機システムを専門としていた方。 ・Experience in leading design and specification of centrifugal chillers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and associated piping systems in accordance ・Japanese level- Native ・Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Thermal Systems Engineering. ・10+ years in HVAC design with at least 5 years specializing in centrifugal chiller systems 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ASMEの経験があれば尚可。・ASME experiences is good to have |
