Join the venture capital and innovation team of a major global mobility company. As a Strategic Investment Associate or Lead Associate, you’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing startup investments and partnership opportunities across Japan, North America, Europe, and Israel. You’ll help shape future mobility, AI, energy, and robotics ecosystems through capital deployment, joint development, and direct engagement with founders and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: – Global scouting of startups across deep tech and mobility－related domains – Sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities from both strategic and financial perspectives – Leading due diligence and deal negotiation processes – Engaging with portfolio companies and participating in board meetings – Building relationships with VCs and experts, organizing ecosystem events – Developing proposals for strategic investments and business collaboration hypotheses – Aligning with internal business, technology, and corporate strategy teams 本ポジションでは、グローバルでのスタートアップソーシング、出資判断、協業仮説の立案・検証、投資後のモニタリング・支援など、ベンチャー投資業務の全体を一貫して担当いただきます。会社の未来を担う新規事業・技術の創出に貢献できる戦略的ポジションです。 |

– Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 – Full－time permanent role – Business travel: approximately once a month （domestic or international） – Passive smoking measures: No indoor smoking permitted – 年収：800万〜1,500万円 – 正社員 – 出張：国内外合わせて月1回程度 – 受動喫煙対策：屋内禁煙 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 – 3＋ years of experience in venture investment, deal negotiation, or startup collaboration– Experience with due diligence and term sheet negotiations – Strong interest in deep tech and emerging business models – Business－level English （目安: TOEIC 900＋） – ベンチャー投資・協業・デューデリジェンス・出資交渉などの経験（3年以上） – テクノロジー・新規事業への関心 – ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 900点以上目安） 【歓迎（WANT）】 – Experience in one or more of the following: carbon neutrality, mobility, energy, AI, robotics, production tech– Experience in startup founding or new business development – Team management or project leadership experience – Japanese language ability preferred – カーボンニュートラル、モビリティ、AI、エネルギー、ロボティクスなどに関する実務経験（4年以上） – 起業または新規事業立ち上げの経験 – チームマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリーダー経験 – 日本語力あれば尚可 |
