Take the lead in redefining how next－generation automotive software is delivered. As the Regional Software Delivery Leader, you will oversee customer－facing software delivery for major automotive clients in Japan and Asia－Pacific, managing high－impact embedded systems programs from planning to execution. You will serve as the bridge between global development teams and customers, ensuring quality delivery, cost control, and alignment with cutting－edge platform innovations in cockpit electronics and AI. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 – 10＋ years of embedded software delivery or project management experience– 5＋ years of team management experience （multi－country or remote teams ideal） – Strong understanding of system－level and embedded electronic products – Excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders – Business－level English and Japanese – 組込みソフトウェアの納品・プロジェクト管理経験10年以上 – チームマネジメント経験5年以上（複数国またはリモートチーム歓迎） – 組込み製品・システムの理解 – 顧客および社内チームとの高い調整力とコミュニケーション能力 – 日本語・英語：ビジネスレベル 【歓迎（WANT）】 – Background in embedded electronics （e.g., Magna, Tier 1）– Agile/Waterfall development leadership experience – Project or customer delivery in automotive software environment – Experience working with India－based or global software teams – エンベデッドエレクトロニクスの経験 – アジャイルまたはウォーターフォール型開発のマネジメント経験 – 自動車ソフトウェア開発環境での納品・顧客対応経験 – グローバル開発チーム（特にインド）との協業経験 |
