仕事内容 当社の自社サービスである「Yoii　Fuel」の開発チームの一員として業務を進めていただきます。

クライアントが利用するアプリケーション、
社内の利用者が使うアプリケーション、外部APIとの連携、
それらを通じて得られるデータを活用したML・データ分析が一体化したプロダクトです。

22年4月にサービスリリースしました。
今後も顧客体験向上や事業推進のため、開発組織の一員として、開発速度を早めていくことを期待しています。

【開発環境】
・フロントエンド：React(Typescript), Material UI, Tailwind CSS
・バックエンド：Go, Python
・インフラ：AWS(Amplify,EC2,S3,RDS,DMS,QuickSight), IaC(Terraform)

【プロダクトについて】
22年4月にローンチしたスタートアップの資金調達に新しい選択肢を提供するFintechサービスです。顧客の財務データから未来の売り上げを査定し、査定を根拠に資金を提供しております。現在は顧客の会計ソフトとAPI連携し、財務データの査定を行う機能などをローンチしております。

また、今後は社内のオペレーションフロー（財務データの提出～スコアリング（査定）～資金提供～返済）を効率化し、”より早く””より多く”の顧客利用実績をつくるためのシステム開発や、新たなサービスもこれからローンチしていく予定がございます。

将来的には東南アジアなど海外でのサービス展開も見据えております。

You will join the development team for our in-house fintech service, Yoii Fuel.

Yoii Fuel, launched in April 2022, is a product that combines applications used by clients and internal teams, integration with external APIs, and machine learning and data analytics powered by the data collected across these systems.

We are looking for someone who can help accelerate development to improve customer experience and drive business growth as part of the team.

[Development Environment]
Frontend: React (TypeScript), Material UI, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Go, Python
Infrastructure: AWS (Amplify, EC2, S3, RDS, DMS, QuickSight), IaC (Terraform)
Data Warehouse: Snowflake

[About the Product]
Yoii Fuel provides startups with a new funding option.
We assess clients’ future revenue based on their financial data and offer funding backed by this assessment.
Currently, the service includes features such as API integration with clients’ accounting software to automatically evaluate financial data.

Moving forward, we plan to develop systems that streamline internal operations—from data submission and scoring (assessment) to funding and repayment—so we can serve more clients faster and more effectively.
We also expect to launch additional services in the near future.

In the longer term, we are considering expanding our services internationally, including into Southeast Asia.

[Team Structure]
Our multinational team includes members from France, Poland, Jamaica, and more.
The Product Development Department consists of the CTO, Product Manager, engineers, data scientists, and contract members.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

- エンジニア経験5年以上またはチームをリードしての開発経験
- 日本語：N2以上
- 英語：日常会話レベル以上 (目安TOEIC 650点以上)
-下記のうち2つ以上の業務経験
　・フロントエンド：React（VueまたはAngularも可）
　・バックエンド：Go
　・IaC：Terraform（その他IaC技術も可）
　・データパイプライン：DWH（Snowflake等）

- With 5+ years of engineering experience or experience leading a development team
- Japanese: N2 or above
- English: Daily conversation level or above
- Experience in at least two of the following areas:
　Frontend development: React (Vue or Angular also acceptable)
　Backend development: Go
　Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (other IaC technologies also acceptable)
　Data pipeline / Data warehouse: DWH (e.g., Snowflake)
