About the TikTok LIVE Team The TikTok LIVE team is dedicated to establishing live streaming as a cultural phenomenon. By supporting creator growth and developing engaging viewer experiences, we aim to build a vibrant LIVE community that delights users. Our team consists of highly motivated members who foster open discussions from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. As the business grows, so do you—we provide an environment where personal and professional growth go hand in hand. - Lead the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies for TikTok LIVE. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies and working as partners to grow TikTok LIVE together. -Develop agency strategies based on market and competitor research. Identify and onboard new creator agencies and talent management companies, establishing partnerships. - Provide support for live streaming activities, including reporting for agencies and talent management companies. - Create manuals and community guidelines for agencies and talent management companies. - Conduct workshops for agencies and talent management companies. - Manage goals and KPIs, and perform data analysis. - Plan and execute other related initiatives. |

【必須（MUST）】 -IT・メディア・エンターテインメント業界における営業またはビジネス開発の経験-多様な国際環境で働けるコミュニケーションスキルと対人スキル -ビジネスレベルの日本語力 -他地域の関係者と協業できる英語力 - Experience in sales or business development in the IT, media, or entertainment industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment. - Business-level proficiency in Japanese. - English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with stakeholders in other regions. 【歓迎（WANT）】 -ライブ配信業界での経験-BtoB営業（特に新規事業開発）の経験 -ゼロからチームを構築・マネジメントした実績 - Experience in the live streaming industry. - Experience in B2B sales, especially in new business development. - Proven experience in building and managing a team from scratch. |
