| 仕事内容 |
The Network Engineer performs key network engineering activities to contribute to the design, development and implementation of Colt's network. They will also conduct troubleshooting and testing on the network to ensure network reliability and to resolve faults. Typical tasks and responsibilities will include: • Designing, planning and implementing network solutions that ensure the availability and accessibility of Colt’s network and services. • Supporting Network Engineering Specialists and Managers in creating and executing the engineering roadmap and strategies. • Collaborating with and maintaining relationships with key vendors. • Contributing to network capacity planning to ensure network reliability. • Designing technically and commercially viable bespoke solutions and providing pre-sales and post-sales support. • Testing and validating features and technologies may be required. • Creating business cases to augment network capacity. • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of changes to the network and configurations. • Proactively taking opportunities to build capability, including learning to use Network Virtualisation technologies and Automation tools to provide scalability. • Contributing recommendations to Engineering team to drive continuous improvement. |
