仕事内容 【仕事内容】
玉山銀行日本拠点における内部統制体制および管理態勢を構築・推進していただきます。
1. 本店と連携し、グローバル基準及び規制当局に準拠した高度な内部統制体制を構築
2. 社内規定の策定・改訂、規制変更・監査指摘事項などを踏まえた改善の企画・実行
3. オペレーションリスク、信用リスク、市場リスク、流動性リスクなど、リスク管理指標の管理・モニタリング、規制当局向け又は本店向けの報告・計表作成
4. 他部門と連携し、継続的なプロジェクトや新規ビジネス施策の助言
5. 規制当局対応のサポート（検査・ヒアリング等）
6. 第二の防衛線として「リスク管理委員会」、「与信審査委員会」、「資産負債管理委員会」、及び内部管理関連会議での説明・報告。
7. 従業員のリスクカルチャーの醸成のため、研修計画の立案・実施

【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for internal control framework and management at E.SUN Bank Japan Branch.
1. Collaborate with head office to establish advanced internal control framework compliant with global standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Formulate and revise internal regulations; plan and execute improvements based on regulatory changes and audit findings.
3. Monitor and manage risk indicators covering operational risk, credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk; prepare reports and statements for regulatory authorities and head office.
4. Collaborate with other departments to provide advice on ongoing projects and new business initiatives.
5. Support regulatory authority interactions (inspections, hearings, etc.).
6. As the second line of defense, present and report at the Risk Management Committee, Credit Review Committee, Asset and Liability Management Committee, and other internal governance meetings.
7. Plan and implement training programs to foster a risk culture among employees.
労働条件 【雇用条件】
試用期間：あり（6カ月）
就業時間：8:45～17:45（休憩1時間）
就業場所：東京支店
休日　　：土日、祝日
休暇　　：年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後10日付与）、年末年始（12/31～1/3）
残業　　：別途支給
賞与　　：年1回
通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額3万円）
社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険

【Compensation】
Probationary period: 6 months
Working hours: 8:45~17:45 (1 hour break)
Work location: Tokyo Branch
Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Leave: Annual paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment), year end holidays (12/31~1/3)
Overtime: Separately compensated
Bonus: Once a year
Transportation allowance: Maximum ¥30,000/per month
Social Insurance: Health insurance, employees' pension, workers' accident compensation insurance, employment insurance
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. 日本語ビジネスレベル、英語または中国語ビジネスレベルであれば尚可
2. チームプレイヤーでありながら、自主性と細心さを持つ方
3. 部門横断的な高いコミュニケーション能力

【Must Required】
1. Business-level Japanese is required, and business-level English or Chinese is a plus
2. A team player who also demonstrates initiative and attention to detail.
3. Strong cross-departmental communication skills.

【歓迎（WANT）】

1. Excel上級レベル
2. 与信業務に従事した経験がある方
3. 銀行や証券会社等の金融業界出身の方
4. ファイナンシャルリスクマネジャー（FRM）資格
5. 規制当局リスク管理基準への理解、規制当局対応の経験がある方

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Advanced level Excel skills
2. Experience in credit operations/credit management
3. Background in the financial industry such as banks or securities companies
4. Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification
5. Understanding of regulatory risk management standards and experience in regulatory interactions
