【仕事内容】 在日支店における「オペレーションリスク、信用リスク、市場リスク、流動性リスク」の計測・モニタリングをし、適切なリスク管理をしていただきます。 1.リスクアペタイト・フレームワークを踏まえ、本店のリスク管理部門及び在日支店の各リスク管理担当と協働し、在日支店リスク管理体制の高度化 2.リスク管理に係る管理指標の管理・モニタリング、規制当局向け又は本店向けの報告・計表作成 3.各部門の内部統制とリスク管理プロセスの実施・継続的に検証、及び改善策の検討・実施する。規制変更、本店ガイドライン、内部監査に応じて、在日支店ガイドラインの策定・改訂。 4.在日支店の職員に対するガイドラインやリスク管理に係る研修の実施、リスク管理の意識の醸成 5.トレジャリー・ミドルデスクとして債券評価の実施 6.第二の防衛線として「リスク管理委員会」、「与信審査委員会」、「資産負債管理委員会」、及び内部管理関連会議での説明・報告。 【Responsibilities】 You will be responsible for measuring and monitoring "operational risk, credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk" at E.SUN Bank Japan Branch and ensuring appropriate risk management. 1. Based on the Risk Appetite Framework, collaborate with the head office Risk Management Division and Risk Officers at Japan branches to enhance the risk management system for Japan branches. 2. Manage and monitor risk indicators, and prepare reports and statements for regulatory authorities and head office. 3. Implement and continuously verify internal controls and risk management processes in each department, and consider and conduct improvement measures. Develop and revise Japan branch guidelines in response to regulatory changes, head office guidelines, and internal audits. 4. Conduct training on guidelines and risk management for Japan branches staff to foster risk management awareness. 5. Perform bond valuation as Treasury Middle Desk. 6. As the second line of defense, provide explanations and reports at "Risk Management Committee," "Credit Risk Committee," "Asset and Liability Management Committee," and other internal management-related meetings. |

【雇用条件】 試用期間：あり（6カ月） 就業時間：8:45～17:45（休憩1時間） 就業場所：東京支店 休日 ：土日、祝日 休暇 ：年次有給休暇（入社半年経過後10日付与）、年末年始（12/31～1/3） 残業 ：別途支給 賞与 ：年2回 通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給（上限月額3万円） 社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 【Compensation】 Probationary period: 6 months Working hours: 8:45~17:45 (1 hour break) Work location: Tokyo Branch Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays Leave: Annual paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment), year end holidays (12/31~1/3) Overtime: Separately compensated Bonus: Twice a year Transportation allowance: Maximum ¥30,000/per month Social Insurance: Health insurance, employees' pension, workers' accident compensation insurance, employment insurance |
