Your Impact （Responsibilities） : Key Responsibilities of the Team ・Onboarding/offboarding project managements ・Product managements ・Affiliate/trust bank/distributor monitoring ・Fund structuring （new business contribution） Key responsibilities for this position Perform the following tasks with the support of team members, but not limited to these. ・Onboarding/offboarding projects management ・process and milestone management, ・identification and resolution/mitigation of potential issues/risks, ・liaison ＆ coordination among relevant teams both locally and globally, ・client and fund document preparation and execution, ・project/mandate data input in the proprietary system, ・obtainment of Product Committee’s approval including material preparation. ・Product managements and administration for onshore products and offshore products ・offshore fund due diligences （includes various fund documents review and summarization） ・handling client questionnaire regarding invested offshore funds of FoF products working closely with global product management teams, ・setting up and holding the our Distribution Committee. ・managing the status of each fund strategy and client, such as marketable fund strategies and client and fund document management, ・client queries handling. ・Affiliate manager/trust bank/distributor monitoring: ・annual monitoring of Japanese trust banks and distributions of existing JITs setup by our company. |

【必須（MUST）】 Your Required Skills: Required Skills・Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management firms or trust banks / banks ・Basic knowledge of capital markets, investment products and asset management industry ・Ability to review/summarize regulatory/legal documents both in English and Japanese ・English: Business level ・PC skills － MS Word, Excel, Power Point Required behavioral competency （but not limited to） ・Self－starter and proactive thinker with analytical skills ・Logical and fact－base thinking ability ・Communication and coordination skills ・Flexibility/adaptability ・Collaborative team player with client focus 【歓迎（WANT）】 Desired Skills・Experience in Onboarding/offboarding ・Experience in fund and manager selection, as well as due diligence ・Experience with documentation and local regulations/laws related to offshore vehicles （including but not limited to Cayman UT/Corporation/LPS, Lux SICAV/securitized company, Dublin UCITS） ・Experience with documentation and local regulations/laws related to Japanese Investment Trusts and Discretionary Investment Management ・Experience in Discretionary Investment Management, Japanese Investment Trusts, and Offshore funds operations and accounting ・Experience with derivatives ・Experience with the global taxation ・IT skills, including Excel macro development and maintenance Your Required Skills: Required Skills ・Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management firms or trust banks / banks ・Basic knowledge of capital markets, investment products and asset management industry ・Ability to review/summarize regulatory/legal documents both in English and Japanese ・English: Business level ・PC skills － MS Word, Excel, Power Point |
