本ポジションでは、日本法人の責任者として、グローバル戦略と連携しながら、地域の研究開発および営業活動を統括していただきます。市場調査・製品企画・顧客対応・技術連携などをリードし、日本における事業成長を推進していただきます。

This is a strategic executive role leading the Japan operations of a global automotive systems supplier. As General Manager, you will drive regional R＆D and commercial initiatives in alignment with global strategy. Your mission will include defining local product direction, managing client relationships, expanding the customer base, and strengthening technical coordination and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities include:
– Defining and executing regional R＆D and sales strategies based on global direction and market trends
– Conducting market research and product evaluations, proposing innovative product strategies
– Managing key client accounts, leading quotations, and identifying new business opportunities
– Driving technical collaboration between engineering and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Overseeing project timelines, core technical issue resolution, and quality improvements
– Managing HR, administration, and compliance across Japan operations
– Leading a cross－functional team and improving organizational performance to meet annual targets

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
– 10＋ years of experience in automotive or parts industry （R＆D, project management, or sales leadership）
– Fluent in Japanese （business level）
– Business－level proficiency in either English or Chinese
– Strong cross－functional leadership and communication skills
– Proven team management experience （30＋ members）

– 機械工学・マーケティング関連分野の学士以上
– 自動車業界または部品業界での設計開発／プロジェクト／営業管理経験10年以上
– 日本語：ビジネスレベル
– 英語または中国語：いずれかビジネスレベル
– 高いリーダーシップと調整力、30名以上のチームマネジメント経験

【歓迎（WANT）】

– Familiarity with seat or interior systems is a plus
– Cross－cultural business experience or prior regional GM exposure
– Comfortable with fast－paced, matrix－style organizations

– シートやインテリア関連製品に関する知見
– クロスボーダーなビジネス経験、または拠点責任者としての経験
– スピード感ある組織での柔軟な対応力
